Best Western Hotel Augusta

We checked in without any problems and the staff member on-duty was very attentive and friendly. We asked about how to get into the city centre and she gave us good advice on using the public transportation, or how to get there on foot. The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. The air-conditioner could have been a bit stronger, but it was OK. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice, as well as some very good coffee. Very enjoyable.

It is a very normal Best Western hotel. The location is good - very close to the city center and a not far (on foot) from the main station. I have to say thanks to one of the staff members who helped with all my questions during my stay.

The room was clean and I loved the coffee and tea they provided in our room. The location was right next to the old town and approximately 15 mins walk from the central station. There was a supermarket in the next building and a lot of cafes and bakeries nearby.

Room was perfect for larger family.Location is excellent, short walk to town centre for shopping., Plenty of cafes, bakers, restaurants within a short walking distance.It really suited us perfectly.

We stayed in two different rooms the first had a tiny bathroom and it’s the only reason to give it a 9, the second room was fantastic, beds, bathroom cleanliness, and comfort. I would only adjust the matter of tea and coffee. Our family makes an effort to conserve energy and be kind to housekeeping by having our room clean every other day, but we would’ve liked to have the tea refilled everday
